I think he is very happy there. That means everything in the world.

It's just like a relationship. As you age and becomes more mature and wise you are not always looking around for the next best thing or thinking it's better on the other side.

It's helps to make a lot of money but I've learned happiness is not always about the money either. I've seen people take a new job with a new company and double their salary and find out within a few months that they hate their new job and realize that they made a mistake because they enjoyed the old job and was much happier even though they made less.

He did an interview last year on ESPN I think. He said he’s sat back and watched great assistant coaches ruin their careers by taking HC jobs, or the wrong job for money. He also mentioned he stayed a long time at a previous job (OU?) that had a very toxic environment. Basically he’s a smart, grounded guy who’s happy where he is. If Dabo were to leave he’d be a great replacement. He actually does have a great friendly personality when off the field.
