so if this is true then God could stop children from being abused and raped and trafficed.
He could. He could have stopped His only begotten son from being tortured to death on the cross, too, but He didn't because there was a bigger purpose for it. We don't always know why God does what He does but we know it's for a good reason. God's glory is a good reason, by the way.

What this always boils down to is a lack of understanding or belief in the perfect holiness of God and the sinfulness and guilt of man (of all ages). If God is God and we are all sinners who break His law, then He is perfectly just to take from this world anyone He chooses at any time in any way He sees fit.

once again i will say it if this is the god you believe in he is an a-hole.
I understand the thought makes you upset but I would say that you being upset about it is evidence that you know God exists and His word is true. We are made in God's image with inherent value and we recognize the crime of harming those image-bearers. This emotional discomfort makes perfect sense in terms of moral rightness if God exists, we are truly made in His image with value and dignity, and there is an objective moral law at play here. It doesn't make so much sense if God doesn't exist, if we are evolved bacteria in a purposeless world, and what is morally right is what each person believes.
