A mask mandate, maybe. Who knows how lax it was? As you've noted, details are sparse. If there were details about the actual rules, who knows how well they were followed? All we know is that Babis rejected the initial rules in September because they were unpopular and he was up for re-election.

The only thing that is certain is that the chart is highly misleading, as it was designed to be. The spring and September marks are not comparable.

That's not what you're arguing. You said there wasn't a mask mandate. He said there was. frick wondering how it was enforced.

I'm tired of this argument that the population is to blame. "Nobody is taking this seriously!"

You go fricking sit at home with your lack of rent/mortgage and feel like you're making a difference by not sitting in a starbucks or going to the movies. We have shite to do.

Perhaps this is an old fashioned purge of the weak? and whatever measures are implemented will help the strong and do nothing for the weak? Why is that so difficult to consider? I certainly don't want that, but maybe that is what this is.
