This is the Dims M.O. They invented ballot harvesting. They used to drive people in buses and have them vote at several precincts, but ballot harvesting is easier and makes it much harder to get caught.
I’m more conservative than 95% of this board, but this is a retarded argument. Republicans cheat (see North Carolina 9th district). Difference is Republicans sick at it and Dems are pros.
