High dose C, zinc (50mg), D (5,000iu is likely sufficient), 325mg aspirin daily, famotadine (pepcid), and maybe a pack of dexamethasone if you have any way of getting it there. Perhaps you could do a televisit with your PCP here and see if they have any ideas on how to obtain.

And of course, stay hydrated. Water, Gatorade, whatever. This regimen works on most colds, minus the aspirin, Pepcid and steroid.

This is a solid list.

Things I would suggest adding is quercetin.

So let's start off by saying take vitamin c, quercetin and vitamin d everyday starting now. I would also take a multivitamin containing 15 mg of zinc everyday.

If you actually get covid, I would continue to above. I would add famotadine (pepcid) because this is an il6 inhibitor, a pathway causing inflammatory response leading to covid issues.

If you develop any respiratory symptoms if you can get steroids, that would be helpful.

I would likely up the vitamin d a bit. And honestly I think I might just take a little 5 day low dose treatment of hcq and azythromycin or doxy.

I'm not positive about hcq though.

If I was old, like over 65 and I could get the antiviral or the antibody therapy Trump got out both, go for it, but I don't see how I could get either early in the course of treatment.
