re: Sen. Hirono Asks Amy Coney Barrett If She Has Ever Sexually Assaulted Anyone

So according to Hirono, the SCOTUS justices must be clear of sexual assault allegations in order to be fit to serve. But the presidential candidate for this senator’s party doesn’t meet that standard, and yet she will still vote for him. She also asked Barrett if she had ever reached a settlement with someone because of sexual assault allegations. I do believe Congress has or had a slush fund to pay off people accusing its members of sexual assault. So, Hirono requires Barrett to maintain standards which her presidential pick and the very members of the Congress in which she serves have not kept. Shocking.
