I sure hope ACB gets a chance to say something like:
"As you are aware, Congress makes the laws. The Supreme Court may be asked to rule on the Constitutionally of a law. Whether that law is good for some people, or bad for some people, we are tasked with determining if it is Constitutional or not. If Congress passed an un-Constitutional law, then Congress failed in their task. Don't blame the SC for your failures".
