Maybe it will effect some people who will change there votes next time around.
Also don't think other states or people with different pov or ideas should suffer or conform to someone else lack...
Aka florida shouldn't have to have a reduced capacity just bc LSU comy govt body refuses to open up and allow people to begin to cope and learn to make there own decisions in life.
