In 30+ years of living in poor, backwards NWLA, from the white trash of Oil City to the worst ghettos of Shreveport I've never seen human excrement on or near a street or public right of way.

Stopped off I10 while heading back to BR from Lake Chuck. Rolled under the overpass to take a leak and grab a drink from my cooler in the back. Smelled something when I opened the door and realized what it was. Crawled back in the truck, turned around, and drove on down to Grosse Tete to take care of my bidness.
