Flashback: March, 2016....the following headline sums up the circular futility of our nation’s war efforts in the Middle East for at least the past 25 years or so:
In Syria, militias armed by the Pentagon fight those armed by the CIA....
And isn’t it odd how since Trump ended ‘Operation Timber Sycamore’ — the CIA’s covert funding of “moderate” jihadists in Syria — the molt of ISIS has been greatly decreased across much of the Middle East?
