First thing I'm doing is deleting every post I've ever made on here and then logging off all social media.

This site, and all social media are all permanent. Google spiders this one so it's all saved on their servers, plus archived in several other places. There is no deleting anything thinking that's going to help. Everything you ever posted is already captured and when AI comes along it will all be used to classify us all and put a score on the one's they think aren't toeing the mark the way they should be.
IF you've said it online, you best start realizing the consequences.
