You guys literally built an entire industry out of “owning the right” with John Stewart, Colbert report, and all the spinoffs. Nothing but smug, self-righteous snark disguised as wit for over a decade.

All of this really has reached the point of mental illness for libs. Losing a race they thought they were entitled to win, seeing ideas they thought were dead and buried come roaring back to the national stage, has emotionally and psychologically broken them. President Trump could come out and say that fries go great with a burger, and they'd have spasmodic meltdowns on Instagram. They can't stop being angry; at this point their tears and rage at any given story of the day are really just an outlet for their unending refusal to accept that they were on the wrong side of history.
