And they’ve played for like 3-4 more titles in that stretch

Georgia isn't and has never been a blue blood though. They've had some success over the years, but they've won exactly one major college football national championship since the Poll Era started in 1936. Oklahoma has them beat in that time in just about every major metric you can think of. Which is why it's so jarring that it's been 20 years since Oklahoma last lifted the crystal football. Same thing for programs like Notre Dame and Nebraska. And up until recently, ESPN had Oklahoma ranked as the #1 greatest college football program of all-time.

and they're considered a blue blood top 5 program in cfb history. We are not, and are a top ~13ish program historically. We aren't expected to win a title every decade.
