This is the problem with DEMs. - they comprise the most diverse set of victimology and greed traits - and they don't care if their 'leader' also supports political factions that have vastly opposing principles, as long as they mouth support for THEIR fetish. DEM politicians never do anything to FIX the 'problems' they campaign on - in fact their 'solutions' usually expand the 'problem.'

But it is the sound byte that counts - pander during election cycle - get rich during your tenure.
