There's not a single business that hasn't been affected this year. Employees that bitch and moan about temporarily losing ~5%, when owners are taking a beating, aren't smart enough or good enough people to keep around long term.

As a business owner, I know EXACTLY what I'm talking about. And I'm blessed to have employees that appreciate where they work as much as we appreciate them.
