We pay $150/month for a family plan with BCBS. I think our deductible is $500, but most everything is covered with a $30 copay.

My gripe with my employer isn't with insurance as much as it is they put a "temporary" freeze on matching contributions to 401(K). That's the one that has me pissed off.
