I'm quite sure she hasn't, but she's clearly fat and she clearly had health issues during her campaign. Was her personal conditioning, weight, ANYTHING about her physically ever called into question by these people? Nope.
We both know why they're saying "obese" in every other sentence.

This time last cycle Clinton had pneumonia and that was covered wall to wall, so it's not like they ignore her health issues. Her weight wasn't necessarily pertinent to whatever that issue was so it didn't come up.
Put it this way, they're covering Christie much differently than Hope, Melania, Conway, Stepien, Lee and Tillis. Incidentally, Trump and Christie are so far the only ones in that group to be admitted to hospital. Likely not a coincidence. That he is obese is clearly relevant.
