Brennan's QBR quarterback rating was a paltry 32.2 tied for second to last in the SEC. Their metric calculated that his performance was 4.8 points below what an average quarterback would have done.

His 58.7 completion percentage in an offensive scheme that allows easy completions with a lot hot routes/reads, outlets & checkdown opportunities, was not good either.
