No, I took it as the Mueller SCO, when he used the term special council
I forgot who/when, but in earlier arguments the SCO was brought up, any subsequent mention of the SCO, I take, to be referencing that specifically

thanks. so since when can a Judge appoint a special council under the guise of his lawyer with his views?
