OH...and he looked like his last meaningful snap 4 years ago was against 15, 16, and 17 year olds.

We get that he hasn’t been a starter and his main accomplishments were 4 years ago against high school players, but he’s been at LSU, practicing, learning and training with some of the top coaches and against some of the top defensive players in all of college football. Did he not gain anything from that time and experience? Should we just set back and accept that, oh this guy is just out of high school, he needs time. How much time does he need? If he hasn’t gotten better and prepared for SEC competition by now, should we think that all the sudden he’s going to just magically get better after one terrible game? If 3-4 years hasn’t moved him past high school senior play ability, what will? We don’t have 3 more years for him to get there, it’s game time, season already started.
