Apparently I am not. Just heard the wench say YET AGAIN that Favre will be back as the backup. Papers have been processed with the league, he will show up today.

Just the fact that ESPN is reporting he will be the backup- I don't believe that the season will start with Favre on the bench, just stating what THE network is saying

If any of you actually think Brett fricking Favre will backup Aaron Rodgers this season in Green Bay please do us all a favor and off yourself. Just do it quick so you dont feel pain, but if you chose the slow route dont expect sympathy cause you have it coming.

Yeah, Favre turned down 20 mill to stay home and is going to take 12 million and ride the bench.

Well actually the 20 mil would be over ten years. So the 12 he makes this year, through proper investment, would be worth more down the line. So it makes more sense financially... but yeah he will either start for GB or some other team.
