Highly intelligent, but socially awkward have always been the classic description of someone with Aspergers. I worked with someone diagnosed with it, very nice person, but took a little while to figure out how to communicate, just like Sheldon they took everything literally, and were just confused by sarcasm.

Is "The Good Doctor" another one with Aspergers? I understand it is a real diagnosis but I hate the Hollywood fetishization of the condition.
