ACB should be his first pick, but I'm still hoping Mitch told him today he has the votes for either, that he picks Lagoa to help with FL and the Latino vote, ram it thru the Senate in one week, and that todays meeting with Barrett was to tell her that she is next (because of the politics) when either Thomas or Bryer step down.

My thinking as well. Lock Florida red and continue the revolution in Term #2. Breyer and Thomas are due. Not sure if Breyer will try to hold on until 2024, but I could see JCT happily hanging up his robes in the next three years.
