A judge should be neutral, shouldn't be political at all

The constitution is not a living breathing document...

it says what is says...

It's not up to the bench to read modern times or issues into what the text doesn't say or was meant to say...

Congress is to change it to meet modern times

it's very simple

...fighting over a judge should not be, it should not happen..

and yes, the Democrats started the fighting...so now the gloves are off
