Roe v Wade does not need to be overturned because of abortion. That is simply a part of it. The ruling has been used erroneously to create rights out of thin air in numerous cases and has been an albatross on the courts for many decades.
It’s overturn should be pushed as a way to slow for the constitution to be followed. The country then should vote on the idea of allowing abortion or it should be legislated. Instead, it was made up out of thin air as legal because of politicization of the USSC by justices like RBG to force passing of laws from the bench rather than slog their job of interpreting laws.
While it needs to be done, how it is framed by the administration and Republicans as not getting rid of abortion but by correcting the misuse of the USSC as a legislative body.
