LF has only been on the team a week. It takes time to learn a new offense. He has a much higher upside than ekeler. He already has 3 solid backs. What do you want as your fourth? High floor? Or risk reward?
Every year there are running backs that are drafted in the first and second rounds that are on bad offenses and bust Bc of it. This year that Is Ekeler.
