Bought out. New owners have experience in the restaurant industry and are local. And many, even by this forum's standards consider their restaurant as one of the top 3 restaurants in BR.

That is good. I love the Silver Spoon, but they were always out of appetizers and even had a problem keeping tables bussed and having enough clean plates, glasses and silverware. A management change would be nice. It is staying the silver spoon, right?...or is Juban's moving there?

AFAIK, the name will remain the same, but it will be under new ownership.
