Law enforcement needs to address their many problems and even market goodwill when possible. There have been too many bad kills over the last several years.

The non law enforcement side should address the compliance problem that everyone’s pretending isn’t there. Just acknowledging it and raising awareness would save lives.

- I do understand that many black parents speak to their children about this (compliance) but those aren’t the people leading the charge against the police anyway.
