re: Busted Pipe caused leaking down into basement

When our home flooded a couple of years ago my neighbor had a contractor do his house and we did most of the work ourselves. I got in good with the foreman and let them use my water and power when needed. He came in with a big truck and tank and was spraying the house to keep any mold/mildew away. I went and talked to him about it and he told me that i needed to go to Lowes and get their outdoor bleach and spray inside and out of my house. They ended up charging my neighbor $4500 and i spent $10. Neither of us has had any problems.
