Absolutely the Vaught kill switch or whatever makes sense. I wasn’t being sarcastic. Whether it’s an embedded remote operated cyanide tablet or explosive or whatever, there has to be some way to control the supes esp Homelander.
As far as speedsters, it Homelander is equivalent to Superman then not even the speedsters can handle him.

He’s fast, but he’s not in that ballpark. If A-Train and Shockwave are Tyreke Hill/Henry Ruggs, he’s more like say Gronk. Fast for his size/power, but not the fastest in his game.
