1 3/4 hp is really under powered imo.
3 would be my minimum if I was looking at a cabinet type saw.
5hp is ideal.
Might be worth it to look around On fb marketplace and find an older 3hp powermatic 66 and maybe upgrade to a biesmeyer fence.
