Of those 3 it's the saw stop and it really isn't close in my mind.
Another thing to think about is a used saw. I have an old Delta Unisaw with a 36" table. It's on rollers so I can put it where ever I want it.

I have an old Unisaw with a Beisemeyer fence. It works great. But safety is up to me and I don't use any blade guard. I just have to concentrate. I don't know if Delta makes a good cabinet saw anymore. I loved the Powermatic at the time but those things are pricey. I'm not any help to you as I have no experience with any of the three brands. I've had Grizzly stuff before. I try to stay away from it now.

Well worth the price of refurbishing an old Unisaw. Hard to find at a decent price cause no one will part with one.
