This kid is unbelievable ... coverage skills, big hitter, ball hawking, all over the field. He is the complete package. I can see why he's the no. 2 rated corner in the country. EVERYONE has offered him.

What are the chances we can pull him out of OK though? Man ... would love to get him!

Honestly, not very good. Luckily for us, Janzen Jackson is underrated at this point.

ETA: And Drayton Calhoun may very well play corner.

Hard to say our chances. Staff knows his family through recruiting his older brother (Phillip Dillard, at Nebraska) while at Oklahoma State. His family is moving to Houston after his senior year. So those factors could play into our favor.

He's hardly an OU lock though. OU's coaches really flubbed up recruiting Dillard, and while bygones could be bygones, I'm sure the remnants of that still sits with his family.

I really don't think he will.

Look at OU recruiting the last few years. Their are several top flight prospects (Gerald Jones, Robert Meachem off the top of my head) that just leave state.

Lynn has the feel of one of those guys in my opinion. Not saying he's LSU... just think he will be somewhere other than OU.

Might be LSU's surprise commit this year, especially if he comes down for a official, he was at the camp already. Like some said, OU kinda screwed up on him and if it was a race between Arkansas/LSU, I like our chances. I could see him picking Arkansas from depth chart concerns though.

According to the Tigerrag article......wrong.

Unless you're talking about a different camp he missed the last one because of some personal issues he had to tend to.

O really? Must've missed that one, o well. Hopefully he comes on a official with his family. Georgia vs. LSU would be a good one.

There isn't a huge amount of big time prospects in Oklahoma so a lot of kids leave the state. Meachem was told he would be able to play basketball at Tennessee and I couldn't tell you about any kids from Millwood that go on to play at OU. Matt Romine was a major prospect but he had his mind made up he wanted to go out of state. There was nothing OU could have done.

But all of that is a testament to the fact that top flight prospects leave the state every year... and I think Lynn will just follow in those steps.
