Dude, the letter of the law is you have to reasonably believe your life/well being is in danger. Gunshots behind you and someone chasing you attempting to take your weapon is all the reason you need for that belief.
I'm done, you can go out and riot or whatever it is yall do when the jury confirms self defense.

you are simply trying to work the room and find the lowest hanging fruit
Says the guy who twice got the number of deaths wrong
Says the guy who says it'll be near impossible for a retreating Kyle to show self defense towards the aggressor but also says the aggressor would have a better claim to self defense basically "just cause" and laws be damned.
I wasn't trying but I sure as shite did find the low hanging fruit.
[quote]It’s as pathetic as when you tried to claim that deaths don’t lag covid infections and Florida would be fine right before they spiked to all time highs.
[/quote You flat out directly stated deaths would go up accordingly when cases went up, and you were wrong about that as case counts doubled and deaths were still half our highs. You stated there was nothing to suggest the death rate would go down even after it was already going down. seems like you make a habit of saying outlandish things, seems to be your MO around here.

Imminent mortal danger, hearing gunshots does not give you Carte Blanche to shoot anyone in the vicinity and claim self defense, neither does an unarmed pursuit, that’s absurd, but that is the argument you seem to be cozying up to.
Despite thinking he is a piece of shite, for Kyle’s sake, it’s good that isn’t his lawyer’s argument, as it would quickly get him some convictions on reckless homicide. Since you are basically handing the prosecution the argument that you showed disregard for human life by reactively firing after hearing a gunshot and never fully orientating yourself before unloading. Combine that with already bringing an illegal gun and reportedly agitating, now you got part one and three covered with reckless homicide in Wisconsin, criminal recklessness creating an unreasonable and substantial risk to bodily harm and demonstrating a disregard for human life.
...Maybe you just need some better Youtube lawyers next time?

I'll post this again to help you. For the last time, its CLEAR CUT. Good day

No, I said cases lag deaths, you said not gonna happen this time because people are young, you then did this same personal insult song and dance then as well. Which came after the prior engagement where you couldn’t wrap your head around the idea of unreported deaths and that Florida was in fact ready to spike back up and failed to adequately flatten their curve to bring the virus under control, threw the doors open too early, And things could get worse than ever In many places that did so, that we were about to see spikes all over the country and hospitalizations hit or break capacity in many areas that failed to follow CDC guidelines(guess who was wrong there as well?)
You came out wrong then, it seems you got nothing left this time either. So it’s once again the same song and dance, try and make the worst faith interpretations you can make and reside to personal insults because you’ve lost on the substance.

Still struggling with the concept of reasonable huh? Or that self defense is not just a claim that happens in a vacuum?
You really need better YouTube lawyers friend

you then did this same personal insult song and dance then as well
Your lack of self awareness is staggering.

You effectively said Florida, Texas, and Arizona did what needed to be done in their states on 6/13 and there was nothing that needed to be done going forward. Hospitals were fine, things need to stay opening up, Further lockdowns in Florida were Not needed. All good.
I kept pointing you to the trends that proved hospitalizations nearing capacity, uncontrollable growth in cases, opening bars and such were exploding growth. Later how deaths lag new cases(something you tried to contort into saying might not happen, yet t did, as predicted).
Your dumbass kept trying to take victory laps claiming Covid was under control, the CDC guidelines were irrelevant becuase states crushed it, now here we are, two months later, 70,000 more dead with many areas in those states still past capacity and you’re trying to gaslight about your ignorance.
Combine that with you inability to properly comprehend what people write or navigate basic legal language in here, it’s par for the course it seems.

You said death rates based on cases would remain the same as when deaths were at its peak, despite me telling you they were already lower. You said there was nothing to make you think deaths would be lower, and yet cases doubles and deaths were still half what they were at its peak, you were wrong. It's ok to admit you were wrong about that.
Notice how you keep replying but not acknowledging you said that? That's the go to move when you're wrong and get called, just ignore and shift to the next thing to be wrong about.

Your lack of self awareness is staggering. Based on your own words , you just admitted defeat, literally conceding your own posts have no substance. I guess I'll take that as the admission you were wrong, again.

Please quote this part, I suspect like much of our interactions you again cant comprehend what you read so you are either through ignorance or intent taking something in the wrong context.

Sooooo the fact you ignored literally the substance of everything I said in my last post(and my last post on Kyle Rittenhouse for that matter) means you know you are wrong and are shifting? Good to know what I am dealing with.
Lots of Freudian Projections been going on in this thread.
