It's this to an extent. I think it's more that a lot of these ninnies have no father and their mothers don't care.

If Dad is there, it cuts down this shite a lot, I'm not totally disagreeing. But a lot of dads are there, but not "there". YOu know, just there to discipline and pass along a few words of wisdom. So then Mom gets the load of raising kids, and if she's whacko and bitter. Then you get rioters.

I will be misogynistic and say it ... Dads get the blame for a lot of things (and deserve it to an extent) ... but if Mom would step in and raise the kids right instead of worrying about nails, hair, her other friends, getting laid after Dad leaves, and in a lot of cases her job ... then the kids might turn out ok.
