Meh, I’m sure there’s some difference. I’ve only played back in Louisiana once the past couple of years. Yardages were roughly the same, I’m sure there’s a couple yards difference but I’m not going to act like it make a massive difference in my game.

Played both courses at Troon, We-ko-Pa Cholla course, and Grayhawk Talon course. All four tracks are excellent desert courses and in great shape. Troon had some issues with the greens being incredibly soft and pitted up with old ball mark scars, other than that it was great. Both Troon courses were the best scenic courses with a number of views throughout the 36, Monument probably had a few more views. Each course had at least 1 drivable par 4 which was neat. My only complaint on Talon would be that it seemed like every par 5 was your generic 3 shotter and didn't really present a risk/reward opportunity to go for it. You've really got to hit it straight out there as danger (desert) is everywhere just off the fairway. And it's not your open desert area like a bunker, you basically always end up near a cactus, boulder or some other obstruction. If you can play it out the desert, it's playing out of gravel, not sand

I would recommend all 4 tracks to anyone but if I was ranking on my enjoyment of them I'd go

1. We-ko-Pa - Cholla
2. Grayhawk - Talon
3. Troon North - Monument
4. Troon North - Pinnacle
