re: Little things that make you angry

I’m not mad right now, but I get irrationally angry when people change plans on me. I’m all for spontaneous plans, but once I make plans, that’s what I want to do, I don’t want to change plans and do something different. Even if it’s something small, for instance, if my wife and I are running errands and we need to grab something to eat, she’ll throw out a suggestion of a restaurant and I’ll agree to it. Then like 5 minutes later she’ll say, “well, why don’t we go here instead”. It makes no rational sense that it makes me angry when she does it, but it drives me insane.

ETA: on the other hand, I can break a Riedel glass and not give a single frick But, that’s about as expensive as my wine glasses go.
