Pence could more than hold his own against Harris. He had Kane whining like a bitch within the first ten minutes of the debates in 2016.

Yep and, as the Trump press conferences have shown us, he is unflappable and will stay on message. Harris and the liberal debate moderators can throw whatever they want at him and he will stay as cool as a cucumber.

Pence is a brilliant man. I once watched some foreign policy talk he gave to some conservative think-tank type org regarding American Chinese geopolitical strategy and I came away extremely impressed with the guy. It was a small crowd venue and he stood up there and spoke without so much as notes, near as I could tell, and went for like an hour. Never missed a beat, never meandered, was on point the entire time.
He has an extremely sharp intellect.
