Yet the research shows

None shown here. Nor do I believe in your ability to discern what is reputable, reliable research. So I won’t even ask you for a link. I mean, read your post. You wrote a statement about SAT: you do know the connection between IQ tests, SAT, and eugenics right? Like, you pulled in the SAT to support my point further?! And then you made some statement (No link, though) about low income white scoring higher on average than high income Blacks...to show me that the tests don’t have cultural biases? Do you even logic, bro? Like, internal logic within your own post breaks down. So, don’t @ me with a discussion about IQ when yours is clearly lacking. At the end of the day, that you buy into a intelligence is reducible to a single number is ... unintelligent

Here are links to learn about the fact that even upper income Blacks have a lower avg SAT than lower income Whites. SAT by the way, is highly correlated with IQ. Ya can't blame this on Whitey! https://www.jbhe.com/2015/09/the-growing-racial-gap-in-sat-scores/ and https://www.jbhe.com/features/49_college_admissions-test.html

Upper income Blacks, specifically, the children of upper income Blacks, do not face nearly the hypothesized cultural bias if their parents make so much money. That is the point. Yet even they fail to score as well as lower income Whites.
