They are the culprits of the opiod epidemic we are in and it's not a secret. Proving it case by case is another issue, even the desire to push cases to the highest levels of culpability. If any of those responsible are investigated and can't legally document the reasons for pushing out the pills, frick them and let the rot.

agree 100%, though my interest is more on the side of how do they go about allocating responsibility by all parties involved.... very well could change the way I practice and I’m already very judicious with narcotics prescriptions as it is.... lol
