Ok. Not sure what point you're trying to make. The fact is that Napoleon had war declared on him far more than he declared war on others. There were numerous collations formed to overthrow the Revolutionary government and then his Imperial admin.

This statement is correct.
A guy on the first page indicated France had to constantly fight off invaders during Napoleon’s reign, which is verifiably incorrect.
