Not yet. The NHC path is pretty bankable at this point. You're seeing the change from WNW overnight and into this morning to NW by late morning and this afternoon.
The true turn north will be proceeded by it slowing down some. Watch the NHC position updates, when they start noting the forward speed falling, the turn toward true N will be getting ready to start.
