I see this as well as canes boxes at red lights getting off interstate. Shreveport is pretty trashy anyway.

There is a significant portion of this state that just doesn’t give a shite about the state, others, or frankly themselves. Period. They don’t want to take care of themselves or anything they touch but rather want someone else too
