Has any school other than Miami had 3 consecutive coaches win a title?

It speaks to the type of job this is and the program we have. It must suck to be a fan of these middle of the road programs.

I remember Joel Klatt two years ago said it was ludicrous to suggest that LSU passed up Notre Dame as a better HC job.

Wonder if he still thinks that?

Miami didn’t do it. Butch Davis deserves a lot of credit for building those Miami teams but he was not the coach for the championship. That would be Larry Coker.

Every single coach after Orgeron should be held to the standard of winning at least 1 national championship. No fricking exceptions.
