According to you, LDH is not giving the parish officials access to the correct set of data. How are the parish officials being stubborn exactly?

Complaining about having to sign related HIPPA documentation.

Oh, you mean the same LDH that says there are no issues with their numbers despite the fact they’ve been caught manipulating, if not fabricating, numbers previously?

When was this?

Contact tracers have nothing to do with reporting the numbers.

So in addition to be a complete moron, you’re going to start lying too?

They don’t want to sign an NDA. There is nowhere that says that NDA is hipaa documentation. The homeland security guy says the document prohibits him from sharing ANY information that would come from those lists. He also mentions how he was told to stop asking questions when asking why the numbers on the dashboards don’t match the lists he’s being given.

Obviously you didn’t listen to the radio interviews. Not surprising.

He also talks about how the first responder lists they are sent have names and addresses of people that have tested positive. Why, exactly, can’t they be given the “correct” lists from a hipaa perspective?

There have been multiple examples pointed out in the daily numbers threads. Go look them up yourself.

I’m sure you will try to say this was an attempt at answering a direct question. Except it doesn’t answer the question at all. Here, I’ll repost it for you again:

“Btw, you had a big issue earlier in the thread with the education requirements of sheriffs that could potentially have access to protected health information. Why don’t you tell us about the education requirements of the hundreds of contact tracers now employed by the state that have access to even more protected health information than these sheriffs would have?”

And also, why don’t you want to talk about “knighting” and “anecdotal evidence” anymore?
