The couple that lives on my right has a big age gap. Wife is mid 40’s and husband in his 60’s. I could take him easy.

Neighbor on my left is a divorced woman in her 50’s with 3 girls in high school and college. She is a fitness instructor and is always laying out at her pool. I don’t want to fight any woman (especially one who is in great shape) so we will call that a draw.
