And if they are comfortable living in the same apartment then they obviously are friendly and have been talking, texting, messaging. Honestly I wouldn’t be ok with it, considering the past sex. Regardless it could be innocent - but that’s no respect for you. It’s 2020 and girls think they can get away with bullshite. If she’s special and you care about her, tell her how you feel and you’d rather him not stay there.
