I'm old school, or just plain old, but my go-to is your basic CDM Coffee & Chickory. Been drinking that stuff since I was allowed to have it as a kid.

I like HEB cafe ole brands, Houston blend. If you don't have that try Gevalia Kaffe bold.
Some times hard to find but really good.
