I think they may hit you for another processing fee or something for option 3.
And they want money in November for next year anyway like op said..
Remember back when they asked for full payment Very early this year and we were all going ?????
I think they were already on a path to start getting money in November for next year and spreading out the money collection even wider to have operating expense funds coming in...even before covid...
I am doing option two ...I think option three will cost you more in the long run....
