So, I must assume that, in your world, "reasonable accomodation" only applies to Jews, Muslims, Buddhists and pagans, then?

A reasonable accommodation in instance would be to bring a minister or series of faith leaders to the players, so the players don't have to be in a crowd of randos. This is what they are obviously going to do by the way. Anyhow, I don't think the NFL would have a difficult time arguing that players being indoors in crowds right now would be a threat the operations of the business.
